If there is one well known preacher of today who inspires me more than anyone else, it has to be Paul Washer. I know others are truly wonderful teachers and preachers, that probably outshine him, but his zeal and determination to live for Christ is an example I long to follow.
I came across an on-line book by Paul Washer called The One True God, which is all about the Attributes of God, and found a book review on-line by brother Tim Challies , who has put out the comprehensive booklet, cautioning about The Shack and which is linked on our blog [..more..]

John recently posted a sermon by Francis Chan called Luke Warm and Loving It that addressed why living in a rich, safe or comfortable environment can be a problem for a Christian. In the following sermon jam Paul Washer gives some of his own personal testimony in relation to this issue.
After hearing this message on the latest Fighting for the Faith podcast from Chris Rosebrough, I managed to hunt a video of the same message posted at youTube.
